Technology Packed Inside the Shell
An EPP liner has been used instead of the commonly seen EPS material. Kevlar reinforcement has also been added for extra strength. This combination has been designed to absorb energy better during impacts. Unlike EPS, the EPP material has some elastic memory built in. This allows the liner to recover its shape after minor impacts.
Certified for Safety Standards
Dual certification has been given to this entire helmet range. Both ISI and DOT approvals have been secured for these helmets. This has been done to assure riders of recognised safety standards. Such certification is expected to build trust among serious motorcyclists.
Comfort Features Have Not Been Ignored
An anti fog and anti scratch visor has been added for better visibility. Ventilation channels have also been engineered for improved airflow inside the helmet. Antimicrobial interiors have been used to maintain hygiene during long rides. An aerodynamic shape has been given to improve stability at high speed.
A Word from Steelbird Leadership
According to Kashish Kapur, Director at Steelbird Hi-Tech India, innovation has been at the core of this launch. He was quoted saying that safety and craftsmanship have been given equal importance during development. This launch has been described as a step towards globally competitive Indian helmet technology.
